Our partnerships
At Coonamble High School, as a Connected Community school, we have a range of partnerships within our school and local community. These partnerships are essential parts of our school community and help us create a supportive environement for our staff, students and families. These partnerships are used to strengthen the educational outcomes for Aboriginal students and all students. It brings the community closer with our school, brings in Aboriginal culture, and allows us to work with government and non-government groups to help support the education of the school’s students.
Clontarf Foundation
The Clontarf Foundation exists to improve the education, discipline, life skills, self-esteem and employment prospects of young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander men and by doing so equips them to participate more meaningfully in society.
National Aboriginal Sporting Chance Academy - NASCA
NASCA provides holistic support to young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, supporting them on their educational pathway to a self-determined future.
